Interview
The communication was excellent and they provide questions prior. The panel was quite friendly. The only downside was being the best does not guarantee a job especially if you require sponsorship. I think this goes against the '' we do not discriminate based on country of origin''

Interview
The interview comprised of 3 people. 2 of which were external recruiters and 1 who was actually an employee at the Environment Agency. All were very friendly and made me feel at ease. Questions were competency based and fairly easy. Interview lasted about 45 minutes. 3 main questions were asked but they also asked more follow-up questions in between. The only negative thing is that it seemed very impersonal. They mentioned that they hadn't seen our CVs and they didn't ask any personal questions about why we wanted the job. I felt that it was quite hard to convey any passion for wanting to work for EA therefore.
