I attended a job fair in Costa Rica where I applied for two positions that aligned well with my strong experience. Unfortunately, my experience with upper management and HR was quite negative—they came across as rude and dismissive. Despite being qualified, I was denied entry into the second interview process with no real feedback, which gave me the impression that favoritism or bias might be at play in their hiring practices.
Additionally, I spoke with current employees, and many expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of growth opportunities and poor leadership in the Costa Rican offices. Overall, my experience left me with a poor impression of the company's culture and management.
