Interview
You go through 5 rounds. First with a recruiter, then club management, then the VP of Operations. First round is to screen whether or not you are capable of going to club management. Club management then does a panel round of different people. Then finally you get to the head honcho who by that time already knows whether or not it's yes or no.

I had a phone interview with the Equinox recruiter who was excellent. Then an in person interview with the recruiter and GM. Final interview was with the regional who also was amazing and had some great interview questions. Start to finish the process took less than 2 weeks. They were organized, professional and direct.
