Interview
The interview was 3 parts. One phone screening, one zoom interview, and one in person. They were all very friendly and the questions were strait forward. The in-person interview was the most relaxed, and they just wanted to get a feel for you as a person and if you'd click with the team.

All pretty straightforward with some curveball questions.generally about experience in sales, work ethic, why equinox etc.
Phone screening interview with Human Resources at HQ, zoom interview with Sales Manager, then another phone call with Human Resources person at HQ to specify details of accepting the offer

Sales experience and how you’d handle certain situations
You have to do a video for the application process. They do a phone call interview first and then they schedule an in person interview. After that they reach out within a couple days if you get an offer.
