Equipment Controls Company interview questions

Got called for an interview a few days after applying. Interview went really well, interviewer was very relaxed - and was excited to offer a trial day and to have me on board. However, after this interview I rang a week and a half later to check up and was told they'd have dates by the end of the following week - and then never contacted.
