HR manager contacted me on LinkedIn and we had a short phone conversation where the details of the position were discussed. After that, I sent my CV and motivation and was invited to complete an online assessment (numerical, abstract and verbal logic). This followed by an interview with the current business controller. The next step was to complete an online personality assessment. Then I had two more interviews with the HR manager and the managing director. I thought that this was the last step in the selection procedure (and I have been told so twice) but apparently I have been invited to one more last interview with the business line director. Although every person I talked to was very friendly and I think that this is a nice company to work for, I felt a lack of structure within the organization. I asked these people the same questions and got completely different answers on some of them.
