Interview
The interview, as normal was fairly formal. Predominantly it was a lot to do with manner and ease of explaining issues to resolve problems. The interview was a one on one situation; and they did put me at ease early on. The conversation was a get to know session. I had already had experienced their product from an end user perspective so was able to answer most of the questions.
