Excellent, prompt and friendly interview process - each step along the way. Recruiter was very through in initial phone screen, and provided much helpful information to aid me in my preparation for being interviewed as much as it did to gather my qualifications. Met with many team members at each interview, but good use of time and very professional interview process.

Question 1
Certain questions asked wanted detailed solution fixes/ideas within their environment without much context to the why's and goals to be solved. It took some discovery questions to get to the resolution - which likely was their intent - to understand how I would problem solve.

Very interesting process. Recruiter screening then several rounds with various stakeholders. Overall the format comprised simple questions but the main focus was on the details and the depth of my experience.

Applied online and recruiter contacted me to have a 30 minute conversation. We discussed the role, my background etc. After the initial phone conversation, my second round interview was scheduled for a month later with a more senior person. That conversation also lasted about 30 minutes and mostly consisted of chatting about the role itself.

The interview process was really smooth and clear; not only the different steps but also the information and updates all the way.
