30 minute phone call with a recruiter. 2 separate 30 minute virtual interviews with senior members of lab. 2 week process overall. Got offered a few days after virtual interviews.

SHARP based questions and self evaluation of skills.
Seemed very generic and rushed. Ghosted post interview. Company seems to have high turnover rate and constant hiring so strange they ghost interviewees. Questions were easy and straightforward without much detail.
