I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Exactech (FL) (Gainesville, FL) in Sept 2024
Interview
The interview process took about 2 months with 4 phases of interview.
The first 3 interviews were on Zoom and the last one on-site. The interview on-site was very long, with 4 different interviewers, where some of them brought situational interview questions, very specific question on numbers, and even a written test.
After 3 rounds of interview including with the hiring manager and the senior director for the position, you would think the team is well aware of your skills and previous experience. But after all that time and energy spent, the feedback was that I didn't have the experience they were looking for.
Exactech flew me on September 5th for my interview the next day. Today is October 21st and I still haven't received the reimbursement for the trip expenses. For someone unemployed that spent couple hundreds to go for their interview, it's unacceptable to wait almost 2 months to get reimbursed.
