The interview is a three part process. First, is the informal interview. You will have 30 minute video chats with at least two current employees. This is a getting to know you type of deal and you can ask more questions about the company. The second part is a formal interview which is an all day in person event. Before the interview, you are provided with materials about how the interview day will go and who you will be meeting with. You can examine their background on the Exponent website. You will have 30 minute interviews with 6-7 people including a hiring manager and an HR manager. You are also required to give a 45 minute presentation. The final part is a 1 hour written portion, which is given either the day before or the day after your formal interview.
