Spoke with recruiter first over the phone. Went onsite and met with Director and fellow account managers. Interviewer was very upfront about the demands and expectations of the job, almost as if to scare you off.

The interview process was simple and straightforward. There was an HR phone screen and then two Manager interviews. Interviews were generally about 30 minutes or so. Questions were not too indepth and behavior based.

Multiple questions in regards of experience and job information. Very easy questions but long. Interview was very interesting and it took a few days with the processing of the job.
