All talk. Seemed more exciting than the job itself. They really made it seem like it was a job full of growth but the truth is, it's a family owned company who really only care about maintaining the company and that is it.

Group Presentation with individual meetings and interviews. A couple follow up emails then move right into work. Depending on where in the season you join will depend on if you will be trained more extensively.`
