Interview
Walked in with inquiry and was directed to apply online. I left with the GM's card with #. applied and called in. Interview was next day with GM. Very nice and personable. She explained the direction the company was going in and the changes that were being made to the way things were done. This was important because she wanted to ensure that I understood that they were looking for things to e done a specific way, and that they would be critiquing our performance. She informed me about the amount of work and some other details about the hotel in general (Length of tie some of the guests had been with them). The overall interview was very informal, yet full of important information about that hotel in paticular.
The interview process was quick and easy-I think, maybe 20 minutes. I applied was received a call for an interview on the same day. I was hired on the spot, partly out of desperation because there was a great need. I spoke with the manager and team lead.
