very bad environment.
school environment and micro bad management.
salary very bad, friends there are good but the environment is very toxic
i don't recommend anyone working there, it is dreadful and soul consuming

Interview
First when you walk in you must fill the form with your information then there will be an English assessment test as well as a typing test, if you pass there will be two short interviews where you'll be asked to introduce yourself and what do you know about customer service .
