Spoke with people I would report to and was generally asked about myself as well as compare myself to the role I was interviewing for. I didn't speak to anyone I wouldn't work with eventually.

Interview
The recruiter was very encouraging and honest. The interview process was okay, but the employees didn't really seem to know what they were doing. They are new to this area and it showed.
