Multiple aptitude tests were completed. Then I had to do pre-recorded interview questions and record my answer and then finally an assessment day, where I had three interviews with people from different areas in the company.

Question 1
Give us an example of where you have had to use problem-solving?
Simple process in first interview main questions asked were about CV and location or availability questions, all other questions weren't very technical I'm guessing that would have been the second interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at FDM Group in Jun 2022
Interview
apply online, you can find advertise everywhere;
sales will call you for basic information;
aptitude test;
video interview;
assessment and company introduction, kind of HR and sales advertisement; behavioral and technical interview;
feedback at once.
- Did a short online assessment that was easy!
- Was then invited to a virtual assessment centre where I had to do a technical interview and a skills interview.
- Technical interview wasn't hard. It was basic DSA stuff, and you had to talk through your problem solving and solution. Word of advice would be to take your time thinking - but my assessor was very understanding about my rambling. My question was related to sorting arrays.
- Soft skill interview had typical questions "a time you showed teamwork/time management, etc" that I had to answer in STAR format.
- Both assessors were very nice and open to giving you feedback. I had casual talks with both of them after about the company and they provided good advice!
