It was one-on-one with someone who asked me a few questions. It was a very conversational and very relaxed Zoom. They asked what I knew about there clients and what clients I would want to work with.

Describe a time you faced a challenge and how you tackled it?
The recruitment process consists of four distinct rounds, including an initial assessment, two technical interview / case studies, and a final interview with the head. While the progression speed is moderate, the overall experience is marred by a noticeable lack of sincerity from the firm and a disappointing level of professionalism from the HR team.

Interview
I interviewed for an internship with Media Connect, Finn Partners' book PR division. There was only one interview with the person who ended up being my supervisor. We spoke a lot about my previous experience, schooling, and my interests. It was pretty laid back and comfortable. The interviews are usually conducted pretty far in advance to when you are interning. (I interviewed in april for a fall internship beginning in august).
