Family Promise interview questions

Phone interview to start, several meetings. Asked for references and writing samples. Waited two weeks to hear. They needed more time, I had to move on and accept another job. Could not keep waiting for a decision.

Was supposed to have a second round interview with their Essex County location. I had a family emergency the morning of the interview and reached out to let them know and ask if I could reschedule. They refused to reschedule me. This tells me everything I need to know about the culture of their organization. I'm glad I didn't end up moving forward because I have a feeling they don't treat their staff with compassion and understanding.
