I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fanatics in Aug 2023
Interview
I had a screening call with the recruiter. He loved my experience and was enthusiastic; said he'd get back to me after the long weekend and after speaking with the hiring manager. At that point, I was ghosted, possibly because I wouldn't relocate to Jacksonville. Environment sounded like it was chaotic to say the least, so bullet dodged I think. The offered pay was also laughably low.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fanatics (Tampa, FL) in Apr 2022
Interview
Interviewed multiple times, twice for over an hour, and answered all questions and scenarios correctly. Then never heard from them again. I felt the process was arduous and the very least they could have done was respond to my email asking if they were going another way.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Fanatics (Tampa, FL) in Nov 2018

As usual, you must first get through a preliminary phone interview with HR, and then a phone interview with the hiring manager. There were general questions about my experience and how it relates to the new position.
