Great and easy interview, mainly discussing lifting techniques and proper work attire to avoid injury
Also discussing different cut off times to make sure packages are loaded in the trucks to hit our goals within the time limit

Can you work well with a team to hit our daily goals?
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
