      No offer
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (Pittsburgh, PA) in Oct 2023

      Interview

Extremely lackadaisical and they did not care at all to show any emotion, typical lifeless big company vibe. Was 3 rounds with a panel interview at the end with current workers, one longtime worker, one new worker, and some type of manager.

      Interview

Used the STAR interview format. It is a very easy and good format. Meet with 2 hiring managers and one of the on sight team members. I had 1 call initial conversation than it was only 1 interview after that.

      Digital Sales Representative Interview

      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at FedEx in Oct 2023

      Interview

First Round with a recruiter, second round is the final round and is a panel interview. Very long and drawn out interview process as they take a total of 2 + months to provide you an offer or not. This was the WORST interview process I have ever had. I was a referral and was placed in the hands of an awful recruiter. He was not communicative at all and told me the position was on hold. He told me that once the position was re-posted, he would send me the link to re-apply. I waited and never heard from him so I followed up and waited about 2 weeks to hear back. He finally got back and said they were still on hold but let's "get the ball rolling". Then the day of the call and 30 minutes beforehand, he told me he could no longer make the call and had moved teams. I was then paired with another recruiter and finally had my first call talking about the opportunity and my experience. She sounded confused when I told her the other recruiter told me the positions were on hold. (So were they ever??) This recruiter sounded as though she did not want to speak with me and I was more of a burden. At the end of the call, I asked her the next steps of the interview process and she gave me a timeline of when I will hear from her next. I waited and never heard anything when I was told I would. I sent a follow up email and no response. I then sent another follow up email a week later and still no response. It has now been over a month since I last spoke to this recruiter. To be clear - I was a recruiter for over 4 + years so this is extremely unprofessional on FedEx's end. For being such a large company and so well established...they should have an outstanding recruitment team. Not individuals that make candidates feel poorly, not good enough and a waste of their time.
