1. Initial discussion with recruitment / talent team
2. Technical interview (System Design - Deep Dive of a system I was familiar with, going in to a good amount of detail on a number of different areas).
3. Manager skills (Mostly situational type questions around management skills: delivery, people management, prioritization, communication, etc)
4. Role / Culture fit with a senior leader (again mostly situational type questions diving deep on things that are important for the role / team)
