Felician College interview questions

It was only one interview with the manager. I was asked typical questions such as educational background, work experience and aspirations for the next years. I was also asked to describe myself as a person and as a working partner. Felician college was looking for a dynamic person with group work experience.

The first round was a zoom with the search committee. The second round was an on campus interview with various groups from the campus. The second round lasted all day. The interesting part of the day was that at no time did I meet with HR, I was just provided a folder of information. Additionally the direct report was not on or the lead of the search committee, which I found very interesting.
