I applied to CCP in the evening, only to be rejected in the morning the day after. A colleague of mine - with the exact same skillset as me, same role (but less seniority than me) at our current company and less years of experience at university and in the industry, was emailed to get a first initial screening. It feels like they didn't even look at my CV or portfolio and I can't explain why my colleague went through the interviewing process while I didn't get a chance to even talk. I asked for feedback as for why I was instantly rejected, to improve my application in the future, but no one bothered answering. It's so weird that there was this disparity in replies for no obvious reasons.
