Processed through staffing agency, my first day of interview was a bit awkward. But if our profile fits into their requirements then they will show continuous interest to intake us.
Ever first day of interview they make us to wait up to evening without any attention. But I managed to stay back till they called me. I am the last person to give interview.It was started as managerial round and followed by technical discussion. After that they asked me to come in a weekday to give another technical interview. Its followed by one managerial round (telephonic) and onsite team technical discussion.
Finally after few weeks(a month), I got my offer letter with decent package. From this interview I can guess that they want a candidate who have patience, career consistency, good at technical, individual contributor, team player and finally soft skills.

The recruiter reached out to me quickly. One 45 minute interview with two members of the development team and an analyst. Blend of questions about agile methodology and technical background.

4 rounds of lengthy interview and he told to work with my offer letter with an another hr but finally no offer. Waste of time energy. I was wondering to get an offer but they had cheated me saying that even after the offer is suggested for me they should have closed the opening. Else if they are eager interviewing others they should have told me to wait for few days.
Giving false hope is bad..
