Interview process was pretty simple. I applied online, and I took a pre-employment assessment to gauge my customer service ability. I was interviewed while the store manager was out, so one of the top assistant managers interviewed me. We walked around the mall and just talked about my experience and my view of finish line, the importance of the customer and where I see my self in the near and distant future.
Standard entry level customer service industry questions. Hired on the spot. Quick process one on with the manager. Got a tour of the store right after. Reviewed resume with manager and went over work history

interview was very straightforward. some easy questions, some tough questions. there were lots of scenario questions that i loved answering. i am very eager to hear back for my second interview
