The interview was one on one. Just bring your resume and don't mention being a sneaker head. Act as if all you care about is providing great customer service because that's all that they're really looking for.
Standard entry level customer service industry questions. Hired on the spot. Quick process one on with the manager. Got a tour of the store right after. Reviewed resume with manager and went over work history

interview was very straightforward. some easy questions, some tough questions. there were lots of scenario questions that i loved answering. i am very eager to hear back for my second interview
