I applied online. I interviewed at First American Home Warranty (Columbus, OH) in May 2026
Interview
3 interviews with 3 different managers. The main focus of each interview was to see how I would handle a heavy daily load of inbound and outbound phone calls. I was asked how I would respond to various scenarios.

Question 1
If I could handle a high volume of calls each shift.
Average interview except one of the managers seemed very unimpressed. I was shocked when an offer came through. They ask you to sale an item closet to you which is pretty standard if you’ve ever worked in sales.
I applied online. I interviewed at First American Home Warranty (Santa Ana, CA) in Feb 2026
Interview
Very straightforward and short compared to other companies right now. Recruiter->HM->Peer panel->Execs->Decision. No trick questions or brain teasers. Execs want to know what you see as low-hanging fruit. The other interviews are more detailed, for me that meant getting a bit technical, but still, these were easy and mostly behavioral questions.

What are 3 projects you'd want to kick off that would have $1M or more impact to the bottom line annually?
