The first step was a written questionnaire that was completed electronically. Then, I had an in-person interview. I interviewed with the Executive Director and Middle School Program Director. The interview lasted around 45 minutes, and they were very professional. We discussed my educational/career background, and they also took the time to expand on the job description and answer any questions I had about the role. After the interview, about a week later they sent me a survey to ascertain my personality type.
