After my interview with the hiring manager, I encountered a frustrating experience of ghosting. It was disheartening to go through the interview process, only to receive no follow-up communication afterward. Despite my anticipation for feedback—whether positive or negative—I was left in limbo without a response or any indication of a decision regarding my application. This lack of communication made it difficult to move forward in my job search and left me wondering about the outcome and the reasons behind it.
