Brief phone interview with hiring manager, 7 day long data assignment, concluding with a final interview: 5 rounds in one day in-house. "The cultural fit" has nearly the entire weight of the selection. I was told by the hiring manager that my data assignment was extremely impressive, and that I "found what most do not", but ultimately, I was dispatched. The firm has a very defined mold of who they want to employ... think yuppie with superficial cheery facade and extremely passionate about interpersonal communication.
