Attended an on campus recruiting event and submitted a resume and cover letter through a university portal. Interview process consisted of an on-campus interview, then a phone call with the team's managing director, followed by an on-site interview.

Interview
Thorough, but fair interview process. Several meetings with management/trading/current employees. My prior work experience was from a large dealer/bank in trading these products, so well prepared for the types of conversations we had. HR was very professional and timely as expected.
