I applied via LinkedIn. Hiring manager scheduled initial screening right away. We both enjoyed our discussion and I was invited for the full day interview in a week or so. I went on-site and immediately loved the place. Interview was 1 hour presentation followed by several 1:1s. They all seemed really interested about my previous work and they shared all the information I wanted to know about. It was very friendly which I liked the most. Within 2 weeks I received the offer. Overall very nice experience!

Traditional scientific interview process of a couple early round phone interviews with HR and hiring manager. Final round consisted of a seminar presentation followed by 3-4 panel interviews with directors and key stakeholders.
