The recruiter called 20 minutes later, their mood was somewhat uncomfortable and the experience was not pleasant. Although they didn’t ghost me (thanks for that!), if they was in a bad spot at the moment, it would have been better to reschedule. Candidates make a huge effort to prepare and invest time and energy, why not to be reciprocal?

Easy process and very simple and they want to get to know you throughout the process. I had a good time speaking with them and would’ve accepted the offer. If I didn’t have an offer from somewhere else.

Very down to earth and not nerve wracking. Pretty casual, but long process had a decent amount of interviews. The interviews didn’t feel like they were putting me under a microscope
