I am writing here to express my disappointment with FORD HR team. I cleared four stages of selection for the above-mentioned job - telephonic interview, personality test, case study and then personal interview. Next day i got call from the FORD HR TEAM saying that i am selected and ask for my current salary slip and salary expectation. I shared all the details with them. Its been 1 month, they are not picking my call nor telling me the status of my candidature. Humble request to HR team of Ford, if a candidate invest his/her time. It's your responsibility to respond to them properly. If you cannot afford the candidate or low on budget, better to ask candidate's salary before calling for interview.

Group problem solving test followed by individual discussion with the interview panel. Selected candidates will be considered for the next round which is general work place and HR related questions.

Very formal 3 round interview. First with the agent, second with the managers, the third one was finishing an exam paper on the PC. The agent was very professional and efficient. The managers were obviously very educated and trained. The exam was about your critical thinking and decision making
