I applied online. I interviewed at Forecastr in Apr 2026
Interview
The process was notably smooth and fast-paced. I had two conversations with the product team, and was advanced through both rounds to the culture fit stage. Unfortunately, the process didn't move forward due to logistical reasons. That said, every person I met was warm, professional, and genuinely passionate about their work. What stood out most was how clearly they articulated the problems they're solving, which is a very positive sign of a team that knows its direction. The overall impression was of a company with a strong, collaborative culture where people are thoughtful and considerate of one another.
