Pretty standard for tech (screening, take-home, technical interview). The scheduling of the take-home was rough, the date/time changed multiple times, and I was also told a few different lengths of time I would have to work on the project. The technical interview was about the take-home. My biggest takeaway is that there are a lot of smart people working hard to make a well-designed product but ultimately it is just making more plastic and everyone seemed a bit intense/poor working life balance for a kind of meh mission. Also, there is a reason Formlabs doesn't participate in pay transperancy and it is because they are not competitive on the salary front (like 40k less then other start-ups). It seems like they pretended to be an early start-up when convenient (i.e., offering poor compensation).
