Overall great experience interviewing with Forrester. I was initially contacted by a friendly recruiter and we had a 30 min phone screen, going over the job specifics - very informal. They were very transparent from the get go about salary, which I really appreciated. Then I had 2 rounds of video interviews, one with the hiring manager & another with 2 of the team. All interviews were really enjoyable, everyone I met was so nice & relaxed. Not stuffy or ‘corporate’ at all! I was then contacted very quickly by the recruiter to know of the outcome. Really felt like the recruiter was ‘in my corner’ the whole time-nice touch. Overall, such a well thought out, pleasant and refreshing experience. The only reason I declined the offer was due to personal circumstances.
