The company put a lot of time and effort into the interview process. I had the opportunity to meet with everyone from the CEO on down and they were open and responsive to my questions. The process gave me a really good sense of what the company would be like to work for.

Interview
Intro round was an informational conversation with the CEO that I had arranged through some networking activity.
After that we mutually agreed there was potential fit for a role they were starting a search for and I came back in to discuss with the President and a Senior Director (who will ultimately be my boss in my new role).
Experience was very thorough, and very positive in my view. Team was very transparent about what they were looking for and asked appropriate, in-depth questions to understand my background and my views on certain relevant matters.
