I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Found Search Marketing in Jul 2025
Interview
1st interview was a virtual interview. After the interview I received no contact throughout the process. They said it would take 1 week to hear back to see if I got another interview. It took 2 weeks to hear back and they told me they went with another candidate. However 2 months later and the posting is still listed. They did not provide feedback about not moving forward. The company left a bad taste in my mouth. They did not talk about salary, but it is a hybrid position.

Interview
There were about three stages, all very friendly, alot of competency based questions. The feedback was very quick as well, it was all done remotely which made it easier. Be prepared to show your personality and appear eager

Interview
1st interview was fine, then I was assigned a project which I spent hours on and received positive feedback on. I was invited to a 2nd interview after the project which consisted of the same questions as the first interview. During said interview, one panelist seemed a bit agitated at a question I asked and I was rejected 2 days after. The staff at the company seems great but I do believe they can be a bit more considerate in providing feedback and answering questions after candidates spend a month being vetted and hours (unpaid) working on a project for them. There was no discussion regarding salary so I have no comments about that. To all reading: good luck on your job hunt! I know it is rough out here :')
