Fraedom Systems/Release Engineer interview questions

First interview was over the phone with the recrutier. second interview was with a couple of members who asked some technical questions and some personality questions, the third interview was f2f and included a similar type. the coordination was long and instruction was poor. After two weeks from the last interview, I emailed and did not get a response. very poor communication.
