The interview process was very robotic. I was given a day/time slot by the Personnel Assistant and was expected to make that time. During the interview, there were 3 other staff members along with the Personnel Assistant. The other 3 staff members did not speak, but took notes, while the Assistant asked several questions. I was told a few times that I was timed and would be graded. I was also told that I would hear back about my results after Thanksgiving and that a passing grade is 70 and above.
