Submitted resume online. Was approached for an interview 4 days after submitting interview. Phone interview lasted about 15 minutes. Interviewer asked about five questions. All were behavioral type questions (no technical questions).
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Frontier in Apr 2021
Interview
My interview process matched what I’ve read from others. I had a total of 4 interviews, and each were with analysts with little experience. The first was a phone screen, second was a more technical screen. Then, they required me to take a proctored Wonderlic test, along with a personality test. After that, I was given a case study interview that presented a very basic, yet extremely vague problem, with no set goal and a seemingly naive understanding from the interviewer. I walked through it well, but it didn’t seem relevant to the position. After that, I got a rejection email with not much explanation why.

Interview
I applied online through a university job board posting and had several rounds of interviews. There were 3 phone screens, 1 technical assessment, 1 personality assessment, and 3 video calls. There was a disconnect during the entire process as I never knew how many steps were left and if it was the last round in the interview process. Each interviewer only cared about their round and did not pass me any information of what to expect next (neither was I given the time to ask any questions in the end in many rounds). Finally, after all those rounds I received a rejection email from a random person (who was never involved in the entire process until now).
Few positive points:
1. Really enjoyed conversations with a few interviewers.
2. I was told about the chapter 11 bankruptcy right in the first round, so they are not trying to keep you in the dark.

Question 1
- What do you know about us?
- Phone screens: Going over resume, confirming interest/work
- Case study
- If you reach the final rounds, be prepared to word your answers according to the background of the person who is interviewing you (else you have just bored them and they completely missed the point)
