I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fujitsu (New Delhi) in Dec 2019
Interview
I gave my interview at Noida location, it was telephonic interview, there were two levels, in first one they mainly focuses on japanese, they will ask you to read N4 Level kanji paragraph and wil test your basic japanese skills.
In second level, there will be situations and sometimes they will ask you about your projects.
