I met with Gallo at my school's career fair and talked to all three of their reps. They were incredibly friendly and after a week gave me a call to set up an on campus interview. The first interview was very conversational and more informative. They then set me up with similar interview the next week. Again, it was very relaxed and conversational. After that I went to a recruiting conference with others from my area, in which I had 3 or 4 more interviews with other members of the Gallo staff.

Basic Interview experience. Two regular interviews followed by an online panel with a mock sales presentation. My interview was during covid so everything was online but overall very good experience.
