Very unpersonal interview process. You get contacted by someone who doesn't even work in your country, has barely read your cv and spends exactly 30 minutes going through a checklist. If this is representative of how the company treats employees, not a good sign

1 Hour general background interview with the hiring manager and 1 hour technical interview (questions answering) with two members of the team.
Both the hiring manager and the team members were very nice. The facility (near the soccer stadium) looked very comfortable and modern with a coffee machine and a lot of snacks.

Interview
I interviewed with two members of the team, and they were welcoming and conducted the interview with genuine interest and respect. The process included a presentation of one of my projects, followed by technical and reasoning questions. They asked insightful questions about the design choices, implementation details, and the rationale behind my approach.
