Interview
Interview was quite easy going. There were 3 rounds of interview. They were were well structured and different interviews tested my different skills like analytical, commercial knowledge on sourcing, verbal. They gave me a simple case study where I had to do mathematical calculations. Interviewers made me very comfortable as I was quite nervous. Interview process is very structured and organization chooses the employees after thorough interview processes.

Question 1
They asked me about my current role, my attitude towards work by asking me some off-track questions, tested my IQ level and analytical level by giving me a case study.
Round 1- Aptitude ( pretty easy )
Round 2 - Interview level 1 ( questions that test your basic understanding of the role ]
Round 3- Interview level 2 ( Questions based on a test case )
Round 4 - interview leave 3 and HR ( questions from your resume and problem solving questions followed by HR round)
The interviewer was polite and friendly throughout the interview. As it was my first interview, I was extremely nervous, which my interviewer understood and proceeded with care. The questions asked were good and can be answered with proper preparation about the role and the company. Make sure to back up whatever you say with evidence, and don't throw out loose words or sentences.

Tell me something about yourself which is beneficial to our company which is not in your resume?
The interview almost had 3 rounds, 2 technical based on Business and the role, first round was easy. Second round was also good with more like situational + technical questions.
