The interview process consisted of three rounds:
1. **HR Round**
2. **Technical Task**
3. **Technical Round** (but it wasn’t actually technical).
During the so-called "Technical Round," the founder conducted the interview but asked no technical questions. Instead, they focused on what I had done in my previous company, how I applied those skills, and where I saw myself in five years. There was no involvement of a technical person, making the round feel entirely irrelevant to evaluating technical expertise.
