Interview
I had a phone interview at first for about 15 min and then they set the 2nd interview with the property manager. Bothe the recruiting Manger and Property Manager were such sweethearts.

Interview
I had an absolutely wonderful phone interview with the hiring manager Tricia! The company was recommended to me by a coworker who had applied previously and he told me Tricia herself was enough of a reason to give them a shot. She responded to my application quickly, and seemed genuinely interested in what I was looking for in a position. After she interviewed me for position at one site, she recommended a different property that would better meet my criteria, and after an in-person interview with the property manager Elizabeth, she was absolutely right! She even requested to hear about how the interview went, which meant a lot to me to see how I’m Estes she was in my success. Can not thank her enough!

Interview
I applied through indeed but I know having a cover letter is why they noticed me. They called and I didn't look at the voicemail until a few days later. Me and the recruiter played phone tag a lot but it was mostly bad timing on my part. They emailed me a comprehension test and after a day they asked when I could do a video interview. I was excited to get the opportunity to get into the industry so I did it the next day. I did the video interview asking the basic questions. After that they asked me to come in later that day to interview. It was more of a sit down and get to know the job and I could tell they wanted to see if I had a good vibe. I left nervous but confident. They called me later that day and offered me the job. I just had to go through the background check which included previous employers and professional references. They called my old boss at 7pm but they are very thorough. After that there was the drug test which is a pee in a cup in the bathroom not monitored unlike the last job I had where someone watched you pee in the cup. It was a Friday when I completed everything and they sent me my welcome letter by email that Monday. A week and a day later was my first day. They were very inviting and you can tell they are happy to have you.
